Abstract
My name is Rachel Zhang, a cheerful and outgoing girl from Southern China. With a smile that bridges cultures and a genuine passion for international business, I believe in building meaningful connections through warmth, honesty, and a positive spirit.
A customer wanted to purchase large motors. I highlighted the advantages of our factory and provided a quotation. The customer was very pleased with our price and promptly ordered several sample units. Once the goods were ready, I sent product photos to the customer. Whether it was the design details or the color, the customer expressed great satisfaction.
Not long after, the customer came up with a new project that required customized motors and sent us the drawings. I informed him that we could meet his specifications and proceed with manufacturing. Once we received the order, we discovered that the end shields requested by the customer differed from our standard design. We explored numerous solutions, created several prototypes, and communicated with the customer multiple times to finalize the details and dimensions—because we were determined to ensure the motors would perfectly align with his machinery. In the end, we successfully resolved the end-shield issue, exceeded the customer’s expectations, and delivered the goods on time.
The customer highly praised the strength and capability of our factory, noting that our products fully meet his requirements, sell well in the market, and expressing his hope to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with us—to work together for mutual growth and a win-win future.
